SemiNex's 14 Pin Butterfly packaged lasers provides up to 300 mW of optical power in the 1320 to 1655 nm region. They are designed to meet the needs of Telecom and Datacom test equipment manufactures seeking the highest optical power in OTDR and test equipment applications. They also have utility in LiDAR and other areas where high power fiber coupled single mode sources are needed. Custom wavelengths and packages are available upon request.
