SemiNex’s 4Pin Fiber Coupled Laser Module features a high power SemiNex laser diode chip mounted in a convenient low cost package. This package features a 105/125 .22NA fiber with a SMA 905 connector. 105/125 .15 NA fiber is also available. This design is offerred in the 12xx to 19xx nm wavelength range. A photodiode or thermistor is included with standard packages. Custom configurations and wavelengths are available upon request.
