This year at the show, we will highlight our high power SOA Arrays that can provide a cost-effective high-performance solution to amplify single mode lasers. High power RSOA (Gain Chip) Arrays are the ideal gain medium of a narrow linewidth external cavity laser array or a frequency-comb generator. Our proprietary epitaxial and waveguide design with high gain and high saturation power delivers superior detection range in FMCW LiDAR and transmission distance in optical communication and data center.
