SemiNex Showcasing Latest SOA & DFB Technology at OFC 2024 

Danvers, MA – March 21, 2024 – SemiNex, is pleased to announce its attendance in the Optical Fiber Communications Conference (OFC) 2024. The event will be held at the San Diego Convention Center in San Diego, CA, USA, at Booth #1105 from March 26 to March 28.

SemiNex is excited to showcase its latest innovations at OFC 2024, including high-power Semiconductor Optical Amplifiers (SOA), RSOA, and multi-channel arrays, as well as DFB laser diodes, all available in both C-band and O-band. These technologies come in various packages such as 14-pin butterfly, COC, TO9 Fiber packages, and more, making them ideally suited for optical communication, data center applications, and test equipment.

This year, at the show, SemiNex will spotlight its high-power SOA Arrays, providing a cost-effective, high-performance solution for amplifying single-mode lasers. These high-power RSOA (Gain Chip) Arrays serve as the ideal gain medium for narrow linewidth external cavity laser arrays or frequency-comb generators, leveraging SemiNex’s proprietary epitaxial and waveguide design with high gain and high saturation power to deliver superior detection range in FMCW LiDAR and transmission distance in optical communication and data centers.
