Returns & Exchange Policy

SemiNex accepts return product for defects or shipping error within 1 year of purchase. Customers desiring to return product must do so under a Return Material Authorization (RMA) Number. To obtain an RMA number, follow these steps:

  1. Contact our sales team at sales@seminex.com with your request for an RMA number. Please provide files to give proof of defect and include pictures when possible.
  2. Wait for our sales team to contact you with an RMA number and return shipment instructions. All returns must receive an RMA number and be approved by SemiNex staff prior to returning to us. See Terms and Conditions (link) for details.
  3. Upon granting an RMA number, SemiNex will e-mail you with a prepaid FedEx return label. You may drop your return off at any FedEx dropbox, drop-off location or create a pick-up request at www.FedEx.com
  4. Upon receipt and inspection of the returned goods, SemiNex will give an appropriate credit for the defective goods back to the credit card used to purchase them, or, at SemiNex’s expense and option, repair or replace the defective goods.
