ECL Butterfly Key Features

Wavelength-Swept ECL Module
To meet the demands of next-generation sensing and measurement systems, SemiNex offers a fully integrated Wavelength-Swept ECL Module featuring:
- ECL butterfly laser with low-noise driver and integrated sweep control
- Built-in TEC controller, tuning driver, and CMU electronics
- Linear wavelength sweep with 99.99999% linearity
- Sweep ranges: 10 GHz (0.8 nm) and 600 GHz (4.8 nm) at 1550 nm
- Available in C-band and O-band upon request
- Compact footprint with fast lead time and easy host integration

The module’s architecture simplifies system development by providing all key components—including power, temperature, and tuning control—within a single compact unit. Host communication and TTL synchronization enable seamless operation with external systems.
