SemiNex Expands Product Portfolio with High-Power Lasers, SOAs, and Wavelength-Swept Modules for Medical, Industrial, and Optical Networks

(1) 1726nm High Power Laser Diodes

 

Our new 1726nm 3W Continuous Wave (CW) laser diodes feature a 180µm aperture and 2.5mm cavity length, optimized for medical applications. Available in various submount or fiber package formats.

• 3W CW @13A output at 1726nm
• 180µm aperture, 2.5mm cavity length

• Standard submount and fiber-coupled packages available

(2) 1940nm 10W Multi-Chip Module

 

The YCMDF-101 delivers 10W at 1940nm, designed for a 400µm core, 0.22NA fiber. Ideal for high-power applications requiring efficient fiber coupling.

Welcome our new L-Band Semiconductor Optical Amplifiers (SOAs) centered at 1595nm, extending the high-power performance of our award-winning C- and O-Band SOA technology into the L-Band spectrum. This SOA is engineered for demanding optical networks and photonic integration applications.

These complete systems include built-in driver, controller, and butterfly-packaged ECL, available on demand for customers seeking wavelength-swept laser solutions.
