SOA and RSOA Mini Bars provide a cost effective and high-performance solution to amplifying single mode lasers for high power applications. Its unique epitaxial and waveguide design allows for high gain and high saturation output power for Datacom and free space optical communications. The mini bars include a 4-channel array at 1550nm wavelength. Custom solutions for integrating with Si PIC are available upon request.
