Ward Williams brings over 30 years experience and a proven track record in strategic planning, global operations, and mergers and acquisitions. Currently serving as Chairman and Managing Director of LWG Holding Corp, Ward oversees global technology initiatives in data centers, driving investor relationships, and executing strategic mergers and acquisitions to position LWG Holding Corp as a leader in AI infrastructure deployment. Additionally, he has been a board member at various international and domestic boards, and currently chairs the Board of Directors at T1Nexus, an interconnect provider that scales up AI infrastructure in data centers, leading a board of global strategic investors.

Ward's deep expertise in advanced sensing and optical communications will be instrumental in guiding SemiNex's strategic initiatives. His ability to scale up tech businesses and transform companies into dominant players in their fields aligns perfectly with SemiNex's goals. Ward has raised over $100 million in funding from venture capitalists, private equity, and strategic corporate investments, and has a history of successful exits and acquisitions. His core competencies in EBITDA growth, mergers & acquisitions, strategic planning, global expansion, team recruitment, and operational excellence will significantly benefit SemiNex.
